Who We Are

M.E.N.S (Men Empowerment Network Support) is a Barbadian brotherhood of nonprofit charitable organizations that conducts transformative programs for men at every stage of life. Founded over 20 years ago, we’ve grown into a global network, hoping to expand in multiple countries and initiating over 1,000 men into lives of purpose and accountability.

Our mission is to help men grow through challenges, find meaning, and build stronger communities through authentic connection. We provide a safe space for men to explore their values, confront their struggles, and become leaders in their families and communities.

Our History

Founded in Barbados in 2018, M.E.N.S began as a small group of men seeking to support each other through life’s transitions. Inspired by the need for authentic male connection, our founders created programs that combine mentorship, group work, and personal reflection.

Over the past two decades, we’ve expanded our reach, establishing chapters worldwide and developing initiatives that address issues like mental health, fatherhood, and community leadership. Our commitment to integrity and compassion has made us a trusted name in men’s empowerment.
